Guest are asked to check in between 4pm and 9pm. Once checked
in you're free to come and go as you please. Early check in by prior arrangement only. Booking and cancellation Policy: A non refundable deposit of the cost of the first nights stay is requested to confirm all
bookings. If the booking is cancelled within seven days of your scheduled arrival and we are unable
to re-let your room, you could be liable for a cancellation charge up to the full cost of your accommodation. Therefore, bookings
should always be confirmed or cancelled in writing. Both bedrooms are of a comparable standard and, although we try to honour
your particular choice of accommodation, we ask you to understand that it is sometimes necessary to change room allocations
at short notice. Payments by
credit card, debit card, cash or cheque. Please
